📝 Paper Soccer: Tactical Notebook

My first game and first game jam ever! Wish me luck. I'm waiting for all positive/negative comments for improvement. Thanks.

Paper Soccer is a turn-based soccer game on the paper like we played in primary school.

Control your players, position them, steal possessions and shoot with the best angle.

🎮 Features

• Turn-Based Tactics: Every move counts. You have limited AP per turn—move, position, or shoot wisely.
• Smart AI: Challenge an opponent that knows how to defend, steal the ball, and strike when you leave an opening.
• First to 5: Fast-paced matches where the first team to score 5 goals takes the victory.

🕹️ Controls

Everything is controlled with the Mouse:

• Left Click: Select a Unit.
• Click Empty Tile: Move Unit (Costs AP).
• Drag & Release: Shoot the Ball (When holding the ball).
• Right Click: Cancel Action / Pass Turn.

Ideas that didn't meet the Game Jam deadline:

- Powerups: These will randomly appear on the field and, if collected, will grant you special powers (like a stronger shot, knocking an opponent's player out of the game).
